Murali Kante has been living in Hansen with his wife Lakshmi Tulasi and his 3 children. He has been an active member of Mountain House Telugu Community for the past four years and is honored to serve as President for the 2026–27 term. He previously led the Sports program in 2024, helping bring families together through community games and activities.
Murali’s primary focus as President is to strengthen connections among Telugu families and build a more engaged, inclusive, and supportive community. He believes that MHTC should be a place where people of all ages feel a sense of belonging, participate actively, and build meaningful relationships with one another.
In addition to strengthening internal community bonds, Murali is passionate about expanding MHTC’s role in giving back to the wider society. He hopes to grow initiatives focused on community service such as helping the homeless, supporting city cleanliness efforts, and organizing food and clothing drives — encouraging members, especially youth, to develop a strong sense of social responsibility and service.
Murali values collaborative leadership, transparency, and community participation. He believes that the success of MHTC depends on the collective energy of volunteers, families, and future leaders working together with shared purpose and respect.
He looks forward to working closely with the Executive Committee, volunteers, and members to build a stronger, more connected, and service-oriented Telugu community over the next two years.
